(CHECK IN FROM 13:00) Limited offer, max 5 yachts x Saturday - In case of impossibility of service, Navigo reserves the right to unilaterally refund the money paid in respect of agreed services ”Priority package” and in this case the customer is not entitled to claim any further pecuniary or nonpecuniary damage on the ground of impossibility of fulfillment of agreed services. The Client who confirmed the booking and made the advanced payment establishes a legal relation with Navigo and confirms the compliance with this clause and the "General terms".

The boat must be returned back to the base marina no later than Friday evening.
